Carl DeStefanis

Carl attended Locust Valley High School, where he was a four-year starter on the varsity wrestling team. He was a three-time Nassau County Champion (1978-1980) and a two-time New York State Champion (1979-1980). After graduation, Carl began his Division I wrestling career at Penn State University, where he was a four-year starter for the Nittany Lions. He was a three-time Eastern Wrestling League Champion (1982-1984) and was named EWL Wrestler of the Year in 1984. Carl set a school record for most career wins during his senior year and in 1984 capped his career at Penn State by winning the National Championship Title at 118 lbs. Carl lives in N.J. with his wife Debbie, and they are the proud parents of four children, Angela, Matthew, Rachel and Lauren. He began his career at Johnson & Johnson in 1987 and recently celebrated his 25th anniversary with the company. Over the years, he has held many different executive-level positions and is currently the senior director of new business development.
